In his role, he contributes to the development and maintenance of applications that support the college's educational and administrative functions. Additionally, Bud is involved in course administration for the Certificates in Plant Science program, collaborating with colleagues to facilitate educational offerings.

Optimizing Volunteer Management: The Ohio State University Extension Master Gardener Volunteers’ Journey with Salesforce & Hands on Connect
Utilizing Hands on Connect, integrated with Salesforce, has allowed us to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and continuously improve the volunteer management system for The Ohio State University Extension Master Gardener Volunteers. Collaborating with Summit has allowed us specific customizations which facilitated in flexible volunteer reporting and continuous volunteer engagement. We will discuss our journey, from discover and implementation of Salesforce, to our challenges and successes in utilizing the front facing Hands on Connect with our over 3000 volunteers.
