With over 30 years of experience in the technology sector, I am a CRM and business consultant who helps clients improve their efficiency and profitability using the Salesforce platform. As the former Director of Strategy for the East region at Simplus, a leading Salesforce consulting partner, I led a team of advisory consultants who delivered strategic alignment, business process analysis and design, solution design, and program roadmap for CRM programs.

I am also an experienced people manager, coach, and mentor who developed and standardized the strategy and design methodology, document templates, program accelerators, and best practices for Simplus. I helped my consultants grow their skills and advance their careers while ensuring they contributed to the success of the organization.
